Highlighting our agents and all they do for the firm

What did you do before real estate and how did you get started in the business?

I got my license in 1985 but worked at GE for a few years before that. I had many family member in real estate at the time who encouraged me to start.

What is something your clients find comfort in that makes them turn to you for their real estate needs?

I listen to what the client needs/wants and I'm the quarterback for the transaction. I create a relationship long beyond the transaction. If a client needs a plumber, electrician, or any kind of vendor, I'm available with those contacts to help.

What are some of your favorite local hobbies, activities or organizations that you participate in?

I love the many local restaurants in Louisville. I'm on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, the MSI Board for the Louisville Board of Realtors, and was just appointed to the Metro Louisville Tree Advisory Council which should be interesting. And I love working out at Orange Theory Fitness, walking at the Parklands of Floyds Fork and snow skiing when I can!

What do you love most about where you live and work?

Louisville is such a welcoming place to live....it's easy to be here! Love the trees, the parks, the different types of neighborhoods, and the friendliness of everyone. I have made great friends at Lenihan Sotheby's and I enjoy how we all work together.

What are three sources of joy in your week?

Only 3?? Connecting with friends & fam, being outside, and a sale!
