What did you do before real estate and how did you get started in the business?
Narcotics Prosecutor for 4 years. Owned 3 rental properties and was making my monthly salary in passive income. So, when I started to question the stress/time/money associated with representing the Commonwealth in Court, real estate appeared to have unlimited opportunities. So, took a breath and left one career to start on another.
What is something your clients find comfort in that makes them turn to you for their real estate needs?
They trust me to be competent, authentic, and seasoned with a pulse on the market.
What are some of your favorite local hobbies, activities or organizations that you participate in?
I ride my bike a lot. I read more now than I ever did in law school, and I'm passionate about Olmsted parks.
What do you love most about where you live and work?
The parks. I live between Seneca and Cherokee park and utilize both on a daily basis. Same for work. My office is 2 minutes from where I live and corporate is only 5 minutes away. I place a high value on my time so I love how close I live to both of my offices. Sotheby's the company blends well with my background and caters to the majority of my clientele.
What are three sources of joy in your week?
Waking my kids up in the morning. Riding my bike. Teasing my wife and vice/versa.
