Agent Spotlight

Highlighting our agents and all they do for the firm

What did you do before real estate and how did you get started in the business?

I obtained my first real estate license while I was a student at the University of Kentucky. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Naples, Florida where I lived and worked in real estate. In 2016, I moved back to my hometown of Louisville. Over the last 10 years as REALTOR, I have obtained licenses in Kentucky, Indiana & Florida.

What is something your clients find comfort in that makes them turn to you for their real estate needs?

Real estate transactions are not an every year occurrence for most clients and I understand that. I try to tailor the process to meet the individual goals of each client while thoroughly walking them through each step and managing their expectations, so that they are well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. My clients know that they can reach out me at any time, and I will do my best to help them in anyway I can. It is my hope that my clients remain my clients for life.

What are some of your favorite local hobbies, activities or organizations that you participate in?

I am a Big Sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Kentuckiana. In my free time, you'll find me: walking through Crescent Hill or Cherokee Park, dining at some of my favorite local spots (Bar Vetti, Volare, Red Hog, Blue Dog Bakery, Jack Fry's), reading on my porch, traveling with my husband, boating on the river, attending concerts, or simply spending time with my family and friends.

What do you love most about where you live and work?

Louisville is home to me...it has a way of drawing you back in (as it did for me despite my disdain for the winter season). I love the people, the history, the unique neighborhoods, the beautiful parks, the rich traditions, and the hospitality. Some of my favorite things about working at Lenihan Sotheby's include: my colleagues turned friends and the international recognition that the Sotheby's brand provides.

What are three sources of joy in your week?

My family and friends, great food, and good music.
